This lemon bundt cake is one of those recipes I always come back to.
My mom gave it to me about 15 years ago, and ever since then, it’s been a go-to whenever I need something simple, reliable, and guaranteed to be a hit.
It’s light, fluffy, and perfectly spongy—with just the right amount of lemon flavor. And the best part? It comes together in just a few minutes using a cake mix and pudding mix.
This is the kind of cake you bring to a picnic, a church gathering, or serve when guests stop by… and it always disappears.
Once you try it, you’ll understand why.
And sometimes, it’s the simplest recipes that bring the most joy—the ones we share, pass down, and make again and again.
No matter the occasion…
there’s always something to thank Him for. 💛
